spatial and non-spatial raw data will increase the world-
wide distribution of incorrect cartographic informations.
When using high technology driven remotely sensed
imagery we have to select carefully the data we really
need following the question to be asked: what do we
need to know, and how well do we need to know it
(Graetz, 1990).
