- A significant result is the use of hystorical
LANDSAT data and of ERS recording type and
also to use the procedure of intrinsec
dimensionality to reduce, for some applications
the number of the needed recordings, using
radiometric determinations on the characteristic
profiles which are to be made seasonaly.
- Using the procedure of “confusion matrix”
(combined qalitative and quantitative criteria)
an accuracy of classification of about 92% are
obtained.
3, COOPERATION PROPOSALS,
FURTHER DEVELOPMENTS.
- participation to the big european projects for
Danube Delta and Black Sea;
- partnership in the frame of the Romanian —
Hungarian program “OPEN SKYIES” and also
with Hungaria, Czechia and Slovakia in the
project “TOTAL SOLAR ECLIPSE — 99”;
- to conceive, to launch and implement
adeqate Pilot Project, in the frame of the
programs ESA — Envisat and also in Radarsat.
- For each proposals are ellaborated the
necessary documantation.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS.
The work is the result of a collaboration
between the Remote Sensing Laboratory —
Tehnical University of Civil Engeneering
Bucharest, Remote Sensing Department of the
Institute Optoelectronics and the Computing
Centre of Romanian Oil Corporation, under
tutorial of the Romanian Space Agency.
