The area, a cut from a scene acquired on August 10, 1975, consists of 
92,200 pixels. By a visit, it was found that the area could be classified into 
Six object classes: water (lake), built-up areas, forests, farms, grass and 
marsh, for which training samples were collected. Table 2 shows the levels of 
variance, each of which was computed as follows:
