4. CONCLUSIONS the form

In our research the influence of extreme plastic deformation on the growth rate of the I0Z Martensi 
was investigated. The results show that in the microstructure with a high portion of grain especiall 
boundaries and other defects in the crystal lattice, the preferred oxygen diffusion along the The aim
