2.. Model orientation 
The independent Fortran program for relative orien 
tation is changed from iterative to direct solution* 
because the calculation time of the old version went 
up to 30 minutes and more with increasing to- and if - 
va 1 ues (Tab 1 e 1 ). 
The new program does constantly take about 2 minutes 
inclusive loading from disk. So even in special cases 
a model orientation (interiour,relative and absolute 
orientation) can be completed in about 40 minutes.

When Absolute orientation is completed, the new version 
of the real-time program calculates ground-coordinates 
at every iteration ana displays them continuously by 
pressing the ground-coord* button on the AP/C panel. 
Row continuous display is possible of: 
- photo coordinates 
- model coordinates 
- ground coordinates 
Ground coordinates can now also he used as input for 
moving to a point.
