The American Society of Photogrammetry draft was cir
culated in accordance with item II-(3) above to all committee
members in March of 1977. Unfortunately only one committee
member responded in compliance with item II-(4) above.
This one reviewer's recommendations, together with changes
recommended by the Working Group-3 Chairman, have been
incorporated into the current draft of terms included in
this paper.
Appendix A of this paper presents definitions of these
terms. This list includes only commonly used photogrammetry
terms. If it is desired to include remote sensing terms
within the tri-lingual glossary, an expanded committee with
expertise in this area should be appointed to pursue this
activity during the next Congress period from 1980 to 1984.
