By use of that formula you can form a nomogram
(picture 3) for determination of spectral images
central area size for which the operation of
rectification can be excluded in the process of
preparation of colour composite photomosasics on the
compositing devices.
For the points of the images which have the
elevation h within 400—600 m, the radius of the
central area makes from 20% to 60 % of the total area
of spectral images allowing for n index.
The technology of the preparation of colour
composite photomosaics on the compositing devices
PC-4 and CPM—i is similar to the technology of
producing scaled photomosaics but the only difference
is that in this case there will be used the bases
with control points and the photomosaic will be made
by these points on a firm basis and then its accuracy
will be evaluated.
Picture 3. The nomogram for calculation of
images central areas for which the rectification is
not required.
