4. UTILIZATION OF THE RESULTS 
All variety of ecological processes and 
phemonena which appeared as the result of 
anthropogenic influence on the environment in the 
limits of separate territories is fixed documental ly 
on the remote sensing data with presentation of the smallest 
details of the image. The purposal analysis of 
geoimages allows to get the data of ecological 
parameters on the basis of indicative interpretat ion 
and thematic interpretation and also the data by the 
areals of development of ecological situations closely- 
connected with the territory. 
Detection and analysis of the ecological 
situation should be carried out on the example of 
concrete territorial models or its key—areas which 
for the indicated date have the maximum completeness of 
information. There must be analyzed the environment 
parameters which describe the structure of ecological 
potential taking into the account the elements of the 
territory management. They include the following 
t h ernes: 
1/ provision of natural resources information which is 
the base for the theory of the territory 
management, 
2/ technological processes parameters, 
3/ state parameters of biogeosystems(geosystems ) , 
4/ indicators of the environment transformation. 
The nature complex can not be separated from the 
territory where the ecological system functions. But 
also here must be included acting economic systems 
which deform and transform the previous forms of 
functioning, reconstruct the interior connections. That 
is how the problem of environment quality management 
within the limits of new ecological situation areal 
arises. The areal of appeared ecological situation 
can occupy a part of the territory or the whole area 
of the landscape, natural-territorial 
complex including the necessary types of resources and 
life conditions. 
On the basis of regional principle and landscape 
approach the ecological situations can be classified 
in the following way: 1 ) local — focalized which are 
characterized by relatively high density of the 
ecological content; 2/ 1 ineai—concentratea; 
3/regional—eupe rflc i a 1 and 4/ global. The regional 
principle of ecological situations separation is 
realized by the method of territorial zoning and is 
closely conjugated with economic management 
specifications. Therefore the natural—economical 
zoning turns an actual problems and the ways of 
solution of that problem are closely connected with 
the application of space photo data. 
The ecological situation reflects the level of 
functioning tension of natural connections of 
ecological systems in the conditions of anthropogenic 
vio1 atlon.
