CONCLUSION
The realization of Telkomnet Turbo is possible due to the
availability of more powerful Telkom-1 satellite.
Telkomnet Turbo is a relatively low cost solution with high rate
access to provide distance learning program. Moreover, the
compactness and smallness of the terminal makes it easy to be
implemented in user premises.
