4. CHANGES IN THE
STRUCTURE OF
THE ROOF TRUSS
In connection with the roof renovation
the roof truss has been exactly measured
and drawn in the form of floor plans and
sections to document the damages (Fig.
9). At the same time these drawings
serve as basis for the historical investi
gations. Dendro-chronological examina
tions provide accurate details of the con
struction date of particular sections.
Summarizing all these aspects we can
describe the condition of the roof con
struction in connection with the Baroque
bell tower (Fig. 10). This way the 3-
dimensional model illustrates the inter
vention in the Gothic roof structure.
