Table 1 Differences of Affine Transformation
4 INPUT RESULTS
Field surveyors input field investigation results as digital data on
geometrically corrected image. (Figure 7)
Since geometrically corrected image has coordinates
corresponding on ground, the investigation results have ground
coordinates on field.
The merits getting investigation results as digital data are as
follows.
(1) It is easy to carry and store field investigation results since
it is not necessary to remake photographs.
( 2 ) Since using CAD to input data, all field surveyors are able
to draw legible results by.
( 3 ) It is able to match results with DM data. (Figure 8)
(4 ) Contradictions between investigation results and DM data
are reduced by efficient of (3).

5 3-DIMENSIONAL MEASURING
It isn’t necessary to get precious position at field reconnaissance
survey. Because, the precious position of objects are measured at
plotting using stereo photographs.
The places that it is difficult to analyze from stereo photographs
are measured at field by electronic plane table. Is this measuring
process able to be executed using GPS and digital image?
The system of digital stereo plotter has been developed in field of
digital photogrammetry. We attempted using videotape recorder
with stereo adapter to take stereo image, because videotape
recorder is conveniently used at field. We used LET’S
Corporation Nuview adapter as stereo adapter. We attempted
orientation, which control points survey is not necessary. This
orientation method needs works as follows.
( 1 ) Preparing two staffs whose length are already
known.(Figure 9)
( 2 ) Measuring coordinate of left staff below point, (Point 1).
( 3 ) Measuring length one of mapping’s object at field.
