1. ORGANIZATION OF ISP WG VI-1
After the International Congress of the International Society of Photograra-
metry (ISP) in Helsinki, 1976, Working Group (WG) VI-1 (Commission VI, WG on
Education and Research) has been further enlarged and its structure has been
modified to a certain extent. Apart from being concerned with photogrammetric
education and organizational aspects of photogrammetric research, each member
has been assigned a specific geographical region for which he is responsible
to concentrate his work and to report on the photogrammetric educational and
research facilities. -In addition, a Vice-Chairman, Colonel M.M. Datta, has
been nominated, whose mandate, among other duties, is to be concerned in par
ticular with the photogrammetric education and research situation in the de
veloping countries and with course curriculae. At the present time the mem
bers of ISP WG VI-1 and their assigned geographical regions or duties are:
