(2) that recommendations be made for necessary
corrections and changes in the current draft
of definitions.
(3) that reviewers add any terms that they feel
should be included but are not in the current
draft.
(4) that reviewers recommend deleting any terms
that they feel are unnecessary.
(5) that reviewers check the cross-referencing of
terms, and suggest possible additional cross-
referencing .
It is recommended that the reviews described above be
submitted directly to the Chairman of the Working Group by
not later than November 15, 1978. It is proposed that the
Chairman then compile a composite to include these recommenda
tions. It is proposed further that the Chairman then submit,
by January 1, 1979, the composites to Doctors Paul and
Pietschner in order that the work of item II-(8) be completed
It is recommended that these gentlemen form their oV/n
subcommittees for this task, and that it be completed by
September 15, 1979. Finally it is recommended that the
three versions (English-German-French) be submitted to the
President of Commission VI for his review and with the
intent of his arranging with a printer to carry out item
II-(9), if he deems it appropriate, so that the glossary
can be presented at the XIV ISP Congress in Hamburg in
1980.
