The interface includes: 
the intermediary -frequency signal amplifier, 
demodulator and decoder, 
analog-to-digital and digital-to-analog converters for 
the antenna control signals,

an imitator of the satellite signal, 
secondary power supply devices for the antenna 
system. 
The ScanER #3-1 station specifications are listed in the Table 1.

Table 2 Modifications of Resurs-0 images receiving systems. 
The PC/antenna interface is designed as a desktop unit 
(33x33x32cm) with 220V, 50Hz single-phase power supply and 
a PC extension board for ISA bus. The system indoors and 
outdoors parts are connected with 50 m long cables. 
With 1.6 m dish, the station parameters enable to receive data 
with a bit error probability' not more than 10' 6 at elevations from 
approximately 10 degrees and higher. The antenna rotation speed 
is sufficient to track the satellite with practically no bit error rate 
increase around the culmination for as high orbits as 80 deg. 
Software 
The station software consists of two basic MS Windows (95) 
applications intended for: 
the station and data acquisition control (Resurs 
Receiver), 
data quick-look and preliminary processing 
(Scan Viewer) 
and three additional MS Windows 95/NT applications:
