geometric accuracy,spatial detection error.Attribute accuracy is
assessed in the form of confusion matrix,while geometric
accuracy is estimated by the consistency of area and shape.We
take advantage of three accuracy assessment methods in this
researchioverall accuracy(the proportion of changed and
unchanged area that are correctly classified by the
method),omission error (the proportion of omitted changed
area),and commission error(the proportion of falsely detected
unchanged area).

5. RESULT AND DISCUSSION
The whole technical workflow is finished under the
environment of eCognition5.0 and CASMImageInfo3.0.The
result of multiresolution segmentation is showed in Figure
4.The parameters are 35 (scale parameter),0.3 (color
weight).0.7 (shape weight),0.5 (compactness)and 0.5
(smooth) respectively.
