3. The necessity for an international scientific, technical, technological, political and law 
cooperation in planning, design and carrying out the extremely expensive global Space 
Remote Sensing programs and projects, in order to become possible the most optimal, effec 
tive and economical integration of platform, resolution (spatial, spectral e.t.c.), temporal, repeti 
tiveness, sensor, type (mono-stereo), interests, applications e.t.c. factors, and consequently 
the most useful for Mankind, Societal, Development and Environmental applications. 
3. Effects on Photointerpretation and Remote Sensing Education and Research structure and 
functions 
According to the above the effects of the fundamental characteristics of Photoin 
terpretation and Remote Sensing Science, Techniques and Methodology on the structure and 
functions of P. and R.S. Education and Research, inevitably result in some absolutely similar 
characteristics respectively. 
Therefore we have: 
- MULTI ORIGIN/DISCIPLINE/ORIENTATICDN/STRUCTURE UNIVERSITY P. and R.S. 
COURSES 
• - MULTI AND INTER-DEPARTMENTAL P. and R.S. COURSES. 
- MULTI AND INTER-DISCIPLINARY P. and R.S. LABORATORIES AND RESEARCH. 
- NATIONAL, MULTI AND INTER-NATIONAL P. and R.S. EDUCATION, RESEARCH
