could be encouraged by means of grands to competent potential students.
Technological institutes could possibly set up courses for techni
cians, functioning only when production lines demand a number of poten
tial operators. They should provide a concrete background of the technol
ogy allowing for the absolute minimum of specific-site training. In the
meantime, existing courses abroad could provide solutions to the problem of
technicians training.
