Israel: 
It is yet too early to speak of organizing special photogrammetric work 
in Israel, as all non-topographic work in this country is still in the stage of 
experiment. 
(a) Prof. W.C. Lowdermilk and Mr. Gil from the department of soil 
conservation of the Ministry of Agriculture have started the work men- 
tioned under (1 b). 
Sweden: 
Nearly all special photogrammetry in Sweden is yet in the stage of ex- 
periment. Most of the experiments have been carried out at the Division 
of Photogrammetry of the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm. 
Investigations of forestry photogrammetry were made by the Committee 
on Forestry Photogrammetry. Astronomic photogrammetry is in use at the 
Stockholm Observatory, Saltsjobaden. 
Switzerland: 
(a) The geological photogrammetry mentioned under (2a) was exe- 
cuted by Dr. Helbling, the Photogrammetric Bureau in Flums and the Pho- 
togrammetric Geologic Institute of the Eidg. Techn. Hechschule (E.T.H.), 
Zürich. 
(b) The close-up photogrammetry for criminalistic purposes (2 b) was 
carried out through different cantonal and town police offices. — The stu- 
dies of movements were made by the Photogrammetric Institute of the 
E.T.H. with the collaboration of the Institute of Working Science (Institut 
für Betriebwissenschaften) at the E.T.H. 
(c) The micro photogrammetry (2c) was managed by the Photogram- 
metric Institute of the E.T.H. with the collaboration of the university
