ABSTRACT 
The investigation of the movement of the swimming ices in the open sea is of the greater importance as 
in the case of complex calculating conditions the marine swimming ices may have the negative influence 
to the swimming platform and shore equipments under the action of the speed and the direction of the 
storm winds With the aim of calculating the parameters of the ellipsoid of the radiation of vectors and the 
analysis of the character of the distribution of the vectors of the dreif recently the algorithm and the 
program on the algorithm language "FORTRAN-ST" with the title of "DREIF" has been composed by 
us.
