Iso Meteorological satellite has the characteristics of short cycling period and wide covering area, but its

resolution is low , the method and course of computer processing of meteorological satellite image 
the position matching in small area was put forward in this paper. Resolution of position matching and 
calculated results were analyzed in the sample area, Shanghai. A base of dynamic monitoring in small 
area by meteorological satellite was established.
