for preparing National Reports
to be submitted at Congresses of the
International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing (ISPRS)
Compiled by J.Hothmer ( Mainz ), President
The scope of these Guidelines is to facilitate preparing and reading and
using and referencing of National Reports. Any Member Country of ISPRS is
supposed to deliver a National Report at any Congress. At least every second
(thus 1984, 1992, 2000) National Report should cover all details, whereas
any intermediate (thus 1988, 1996, 2004) Report can be just updating of the
previous one.
All National Reports submitted at a Congress shall be published in a separate
volume of the ARCHIVE after having been carefully edited so as to allow
proper bibliographic referencing (see, adopting a UNESCO recommendation :
information Transfer, ISO Standards Handbook 1 (particularly page 32), pub-
lished by International Organization for Standardization, Geneva 1977;
address for acquisition: ISO Central Secretariat, Case Postale 56,
1221 Geneva 20, Switzerland).
