in this particular branch in the period between the congresses. He believes that this 
unique technique must be developed by international cooperation, for instance in a 
special working group which has the duty to study and solve the problems and to 
publish regularly its results. He also believes that, better than by personal commu- 
nications, good services can be rendered by a common effort of such a working 
committee. He expresses his hope that Comm. VII of the Congress in Stockholm 
will decide to establish such a committee.
