THE ITC TRAINING PACKAGE FOR PHOTOGRAMMETRIC OPERATORS (TPPO)
After receiving verv favourabie response to a questionnaire in the 1981—3 issue of tne ITC
Journal [Visser, 1981], ITC started the production in 1983 of an indiv idualized, universally adap-
table “Training Package for Photogrammetric Operators’ (TPPO) that can be purchased, after
1985, by individual mapping organizations and/or educational institutions for their internal needs-
based on the system described above.
The objective of the TPPO is to train photogrammetric operators in such a way that they will
be able to carry out the basic tasks concerned with the production of graphic-photographic-digital
mas in mapping organizations,
