e Visibility Study for introducing a Croatian GPS reference
station network
Special treatment in future activities will have the Pilot Project
in the Valley of Neretva. SGA is already running cadastral
surveys in that region and activities are going on under the
Government Programme for Cadastre and Land Books in the
Valley of Neretva. Together with GTZ, German consultants,
Cadastral Office in Metkovi¢, the Municipality of Slivno and
Croatian private geodetic companies pilot project has goal to
introduce new technologies in systematic cadastral survey and
ownership investigation. The basic assumption is that new
methods could replace present one, so the effort is directed to
testing of new methods for systematic ownership investigation,
cadastral mapping, resurvey and introducing of new high tech
equipment (GPS). Assumption is that results of the project can
influent on future costs of cadastral survey and improve
efficiency of cadastral survey.
6. CONCLUCION
Technical Co-operation on Development of the Cadastre
System in Croatia already had reached many results as it is
described in the paper. Except result there is a very good
understanding between German and Croatian expert involved in
the Project. Technical co-operation with GTZ, based on
acceptable principles, and results from technical co-operation,
had helped Croatian experts to increase international technical
co-operation and to start many significant projects. Germany
and Croatia have very similar systems of registering real estates
and real property rights, so German and Croatian experts can
easily understand each other.
We hope that technical co-operation will continue in future
period for the benefit of Croatia.
