terrain - here exposed rugged bedrock (R) and deep muskeg (M) - he also attempts to follow 
glaciofluvial deposits wherever possible - here indicated by E (esker), D (esker-delta), K 
(kames), O (valley outwash). Kettleholes (KH) are filled with water.
