UNISPACE III - ISPRS Workshop on
“Resource Mapping from Space”
9:00 am -12:00 pm, 22 July 1999, VIC Room B
Vienna, Austria
Each of the stations is provided with the software described in
the previous sections. Each of the stations has its own archive of
images and its own data base supported with the ScanEx
Catalogue Manager.
The R&D Center ScanEx own archive consists by now (end of
July. 1999) of more than 500 GB of Resurs images, all ScanER
archives together - of almost 1 000 GB. The Moscow archive
covers (and not once) the whole Europe with MSU-SK images
and a considerable part of it - with MSU-E ones.
Now you have got the possibility to visit our Home Page in
Internet by address http://scanex.ss.msu.ni where you can do the
order of the images you are interested and to find the information
about our Center and also can find the infonnation that is
necessary for the everyday operational work on ScanER PGS (on
special User support page).
Therefore, the PGS ScanER gives the possibility of direct access
to satellite information, allowing the solution of different tasks
without great expenditures, which is very important for
universities, geological and environmental protection
organizations, etc.
