Chairman : 
Frank Leahy is currently Chairman of Surveying at the 
University of Melbourne, Australia. He is a member of the 
Australian Photogrammetric Society and is Convener of the 
Bureau for Assessment of Overseas Qualifications for the 
Surveyors Registration Boards of Australia. 
  
Rapporteur : 
Hans Belzner is presently co-worker at the office of 
Working Group VI -3 on Multilingual Dictionary. Prior 
to his retirement, he has been director of the photo- 
grammetric department of the Institut für Angewandte 
Geodäsie in Frankfurt, FR Germany. He served as 
secretary of ISP Commission IV 1960 1964 and has 
hold the same assignment within ISP Commission II 
1964 - 1968.
