level A-Master, B-Bachelor and for categories 5.7 - professional photo-
grammetrist
level A-Master, B-Bachelor, C-Technician
I think that Standars of Competence could be merged for categories:
5.1 foresters and 5.5 soil specialists and 5.6 pollutionists etc. and also
for 5.10 civil engineers and 5.11 industrial photogrammetrists and 5.12
architects
Obligatory core curriculum should be developed as a common project for:
5.3 geologists - with European Geological Societies and U.S. Geological Society
5.9 passive photogrammetric engineers - with FIG. 5.12 architects - with
ICOMOS or by ICAP
Yes, for categories 5.3, 5.9 and 5.12 as pointed out in Q5
For Category 5.3 - geologist I presented my proposals in the paper "Standards
of Competence for Photogeologists, proposition of Guide Notes and Syllabi"
For Category 5.3 - geologists I have used definitions concerned photogeology
Joint Working Group of International Societies or W.G. ISPRS should develop
Standards of Competence and in similar way as FIG and IHO for Hydrographic
Surveyors take care about actualization and execution in educational organi-
zation and professional bodies.
For the detail work of developing Standards of Competence for category 5.12,
Architects I could indicate: Doc. Dr. Józef Jachimski and Dr. Wladyslaw
Mierzwa and myself. For category 5.8 active photogrammetric engineers I could
indicate myself.
