ABSTRACT:
One of the projects which are going on within the frame of the Agreement about Technical Co-operation between Croatian and
German Government is the Project on Development of the Cadastre System in Croatia. Partners on the project are Deutsche
Gesellschaft für Technische Zusammenarbeit (GTZ) GmbH from Germany and State Geodetic Administration (SGA) of the
Republic of Croatia. The goal of the Project is to develop and upgrade existing cadastre system in Croatia. In paper there is
description of basic principles of technical co-operation, activities which are going on in several locations in Croatia and future
activities. Also, there is description of activities on development of the new cadastral data model and activities on establishment of
the Land Information Data Base (LIDB) which is prescribed in Croatian legislative.

Im Rahmen des Stabilitätspaktes wurde auf der Basis der Technischen Zusammenarbeit das Projekt “Beratung beim Aufbau eines
Katastersystems in Kroatien” zwischen den Ländern Deutschland und Kroatien vereinbart. Bei dem vom Bundesministerium für
Wirtschaftliche Zusammenarbeit in Auftrag gegebene Projekt soll in einer Pilotregion ein effizientes Kataster- und Grundbuchwesen
beispielhaft entwickelt und umgesetzt werden. In dieser Abhandlung sollen kurz die Aktivitäten, anstehende Fragestellungen sowie
die weiteren Entwicklungstendenzen aufgezeichnet werden. Auch die Einbindung des deutschen Projektes in den übergeordneten
Rahmen des Weltbankkredites werden behandelt.

system in Croatia and to improve usage of cadastral and land
book register data in cadastre offices, other state administration
organisation, municipal courts, counties, towns and
municipalities.

The Project has several components and it is going on in several
locations in Croatia. In general it is attached to another GTZ
and SGA projects and there are a lot of institution, consultants
and private firms involved in the process.
